This is my 1983 GMC Jimmy with a 1993 Chevrolet Suburban TBI 5.7. It's a bone stock bottom end that I re-rung, stock cam, GM Perf-Parts Vortec heads, Elelbrock EPS square bore Vortec intake with no EGR, Transdapt TBI adapter, oem ignition, Ceracoated long tube headers, full exhaust with 2 flow monster 40 series mufflers. I've had the Injectors serviced and customized the TB press/reg spring. The Aeromotive fuel pump is showing +/- 18psi line pressure at the TB. I don't have a WBO2 only a heated O2 sensor after the long tube header collector. I've tuned out the EGR and executed a -0.020 to the MAP Difference AE Multiplier vs. RPM.
The BIN:
BDJZ 93 C-K Truck 5.7TBI 4l60e with 3.73 or 3.42 gears.bin
The XDF:
Advanced $0D TP5 v251.xdf
I've tried many other combinations and this is the best I can get it to run without building custom history tables. Any input would be greatly appreciated!! I've already learned so much from posts on this Forum! I figured that I should contribute something myself! I'm just pumped that it runs at this point LOL!
