    No injector pulse

Is there a condition when the ECM will not fire the injectors?

The TPI intake (from the tubes up) '91 corvette is off, and all sensor connectors are loose. The fuel pump relay is pulled. When cranked, no injector pulses per the noid light tester.

7730 box with nearly stock BFXB bin. Aftermarket Painless wiring harness. Is there a fuse somewhere?

so could the lack of a fuel pump or another sensor tell the ECM no pulses?

    Thank You, Rob

No distributor reference pulse (DRP) will cause a no start. The DRP comes from the distributor ignition module.

is the module inside the dist under the rotor?

there is 12V on the pink pins on the injector connectors with key on, when in crank, voltage drops to about 10. I wonder if the ECM can deal with that? Thank you

    Yes, under the rotor.

    ICM Delco.gif

Removed the ICM, and measured resistance between P and N per diagram should be around 10K, but it's open. Is that test proper? Bad ICM?

a new ignition module was needed.

there's spark and tested injectors with noid light, working.

but it idles very rough with the EST disconnected

only VATS is removed from the AUJP bin

should I work on the VE next?

Not quite sure I understand your setup and questions.

You said BFXB broadcast code at the beginning, but I believe that was for the ZR1's. ZR1's didn't use 7730 ECMs as far as I know.

You then mentioned AUJP, which is a 1990-92 Camaro Z28 with 350 and TH700R4.

Also, in regards to your question on "work on VE"... what have you done to the car that warrants re-tuning?

    Re: No injector pulse

I'm using AUJP now, with VATS disabled. It barely runs, but runs. The EST isn't connected unless I want a surge from 600 to 2000 RPM with it connected. As it stands, it's probably not a good idea to proceed with my skills.
