Exclamation Erratic afr reading, car doesn't run good

    Hello everyone,
I've been having problems tuning my swapped LQ9. I am using 8.1L injectors, 92mm tb and a truck norris cam. Logging everything through universal patcher and using tunerpro to adjust my VE table. I did adjust my ifr for those 8.1 injectors, copying the tables from the 8.1 bin file. I am on my 7th tune iteration in an open loop and can not get my idle afr right. When the engine is cold the afrs are satisfactory at 13insh, however when the car warms up to 170f, it starts to lean out. At idle when hot, I start getting 17 afr and the car runs real poor and backfires. What can cause this? I am pretty sure I am in speed density mode. I failed the maf and installed the iat sensor just after the air filter. I don't think it's injectors since they are brand new. What else can cause this? I set the eq ratio in open loop to 1.00 from 50 deg ect temp onwards. I unplugged one of the o2 sensors to replace it with the wideband o2. The other thing I noticed is that the rpm drops to 900 from 1100 when its hot.

Maybe the injectors don`t open properly with very low Pulse Width when the engine gets warmed.

Can you log the ms the commanded pw and compare it with minimum pw for injectors you have. There is also low pulse slope that needs to be corrected.

To rule out injector issues just make it run a little richer and check if AFR is stable.

Logged it, the pw doesn't seem to drop below 2ms

Its just being erratic, can there be some other explanation? It seems like I get different afrs just based on ect temp. One of the o2 sensors is disconnected as I have my wideband in its place. It shouldn't matter since I'm in open loop?

Oh yeah, the minimum pulse width for 8.1 injectors is 0.15ms according to google
