What vehicle, year, engine? Does your What's Up Display show the IAC is being commanded to zero? If it is, you can disconnect the IAC while the engine is running, then shut it off, remove the Throttle Body and look to see if the IAC pintle is fully extended. Your TPS and IAC are both "0". You have a large vacuum leak or your IAC is bad. Try plugging the IAC port at the top of the throttle body that feeds the IAC valve. There are several links on this site that detail the procedure for throttle body setup.
Near ZERO TPS the IAC counts are typically 25 +/- 15
Posting a .dat file (zipped) is more helpful than a screen shot.

Did the smoke test, it was just the carb adapter gasket.
When I pulled the TB off, the gasket just fell apart
