I have done loads of swaps. Now I am starting to do more than just swap, wanna get into tuning.

pcm logger (having trouble displaying some live data, but found clicking "cold start" gets data flowing but i still cant log
I just swapped out the Intake manifold on my gen 3 5.3 to a 4 bolt 6.0 intake and 92 mm amazon cable TB.
I have gotten the iac counts down to below 40, by drilling a 1/16th hole in the plate and then doing the 2degrees of adjustment from the tightest position it has without sticking and relearning TB position.
I have a desired idle of 550, but Engine RPM is 1000. I am stuck trying to record a log with pcm logger if I get data I dont have record button,
Edit: I was able to bring the idle down by closing the throttle body plate a bit, it seems to help the surging and the hang when throttle is released. Hopefully I have this thing close enough to drive down the street
I wanted to attempt to maf tune this, but I feel like I should tackle the idle, surging, and returning to idle problem
