updating moates binary editor

I'm finally starting on learning binary editor. To get started I'm getting the laptop ready and configured. In my program there are updates available dated 6/13/2024. I thought Moates stopped support on this a while back. Are they still providing these updates or is it someone else? Should I download these updated before getting started?
