    Thnks All for the input,
Now that i have earlier issues resolved, I had to move injector flow rate to 24 from 19 ( i had 22lb injectors but was having issues with them, so for now 19 it is) i am running an 84 corvette. moved from crossfire tbi to mpi SD.
the question is:::: Should I continue to adjust flow rate to resolve the rich condition or adjust VE??? I Know with TBI adjust BPW until close then VE.

I’m thinking injector flow to correct rich is to increase the injector flow rate.

For example the WBO2 is showing AFR’s averaging 12.4 with an injector flow rate of 22 lb/hr. After increasing the injector flow rate to 24 lb/hr the AFR’s are averaging 13.8.

Increasing the injector flow rate makes the computer “think” less fuel / smaller injector pulse width is needed.

I adjust the VE Table when the data log shows some AFR’s are Lean and some AFR’s are Rich.

Adjusting injector flow is course tuning and adjusting VE Table is fine tuning.

Most if not all 305 TPI engines had 19 lb injectors as original equipment.

Thanks Dave was very helpful, now on to the next question now the car is running idle is ok when hot, but really rich when cold, is there something like a choke that can be adjusted separately from flow rate & or VE??

Possibly send gearhead-EFI member 84Elky a private message about the Win 11 errors, he’s the author of the analyzer tool.

    Possibly see if http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...light=analyzer
works, it’s a different tuning tool authored by gearhead-EFI member Steveo.
