    HELP NEEDED

Ok im at a breaking point my patience is running thin arghhh. Heres what is going on. 1995 burb 350 4l80 runs with 16197427 ecm code bnkm. I have not been able to get any emulation or data logging to work at all using the right bins adx ect ect. So just for giggles i threw in another ecm 16197427 running bjyl (350 4l60) i can datalog emulate everything fine with no issues using $OD. I uave tried throwing my atock ecm back in and no comination of $31 stuff or $OE. Will allow me to data log or emulate at all. Does anyone have actual good bins xdf adx files verified they are good that can Send them to me. Ive tried downloads from third gen and gearhead and tuner pro websites and cannot get any of it to work. I also went to bone yard and snagged another ecm 16197427 with the bnkm code and its same results. What am i doing wrong?

Seems very odd to me that $OD works but $OE / $31 won't.

The attached $OE / $31 files worked for me.

What is the stock chip set number? There is a good chance that I can post it.

Also i would like to know if the memcals interchange if the ecm # is the same. Example being i have 3 of the 16197427 ecms 2 of these are bnkm letters on memcal and one is bjyl can these memcals be interchanged? I only ask because i have so many ecms.

    BNKM is $31, see attached.

BJLY is $OD which is for the 4L60E.

    $OE and $31 are for the 4L80E.

It should be OK to use BNKM with the 16197427 PCM.

THANK YOU, I didnt get home til real late today so i will try to load all these new into the truck tomorrow. i did play around with the fuel tables a little while i had emulation working with the other ecm. i know this setup needs about 15 to 20% more fuel in the main table but how do i add to the "pump shot" carb term i know but i got a dead spot when i hit the throttle at 1200 it falls flat unless i ease into it. i know when i do carbs i adjust the throttle lever cams to time the shot and i usually got o a 50 cc accelerator pump when i get a stock carb to modify it for race use i just dont know how to do this in the electronics yet lol.

the new bins you sent me work thank you. im gonnna try tuning a bit and data logging some. its running a bit better now but i think the timing table is gonna need a tweak too. not sure how to do that yet. also on bpw which table do i adjust to get more fuel off idle?

The BNKM.bin file uses injector flow, not BPW.

A very crude way to "tune" timing is to add or subtract a couple degrees with base timing. For example, instead of setting base timing to ZERO degrees BTDC (with ESC disconnected) experiment by setting base timing +2 or +4 or -2 or -4 degrees BTDC.
