(pick a good one) then 'toggle data tracing' in the acquisition menu. having tracing in most 2d tables isn't too helpful, you can usually just eyeball the log for those, but you will find in stuff like ve and timing tables, being able to watch cell selection during actual driving events is really nice for finding problem areas.
Wow. that's really sad that I can't just flip a switch and have cell trace work. Cell trace and instant uploading is the whole reason I chose Moates Ostrich and Tunerpro. I guess I should have chosen Megasquirt or something else. Anyways, my fuel injectors are rebuilt flow matched set of 32lb/hr Bosch design III that I bought from Fuel Injector Connection (FIC). I do not have data sheets so I emailed FIC today to try to get them.

the XDF and ADX files are built by volunteers in a community effort, that's why the definitions and tunerpro are free kit... so if the DA associations aren't already set up, it's because nobody has donated the time into making it happen for your particular mask.

tunerpro is an editor, not tuning software, it requires definition files to do things like bin editing, logging, and data tracing.

so yeah, the guy that wrote your ADX and XDF must be a real dink! really sad effort indeed ... why don't you email him and complain?

wait, i'll save you the trouble. enclosed in this post is a refund cupon for the money you spent on the definition file you are not satisfied with.

...if the cupon looks invisible it's because it's really small

    ok, sarcasm mode off.

it's easy to learn to use tunerpro, though. lets get to it!

I don't see item editor anywhere.
    1. right click the parameter in the list
    2. 'edit parameter xdf info'

    or method two

    1. highlight the parameter in the list
    2. smack 'F2'

from there go to the DA ASSOC tab and create explicit links to your ADX as per my earlier post

good idea, i'm sure those guys can get a data sheet for you. the offsets would be nice to get correct before you tune as it'll throw stuff off a bit. you'll likely find that the columns don't match up, the data sheet might be for 10.5v, 10.8v, 11v, 11.8v but your ecm might be 10v, 11v, 12v or something. here's a cubic spline tool that'll help you transpose the offset table values in the data sheet to match the ECM's rows: http://www.akiti.ca/CubicSpline.html

lol, if it wasn't for the community effort this car would probably have a carburetor on it right now. FIC sent me the data Did I us this cubic spline tool correctly? Here's what I got. In the known data box is injector offset at XX.X battery voltage. in the X boxes on the left under Points at which Interpolant Sought is the voltage tunerpro wants and the right Y boxes are the calculated results for my new injector offsets at those voltages.

no, you didn't use it correctly (it's backwards)

    your input needs to be:
    voltage ms
    voltage ms
    voltage ms
    (with voltage increasing)

    your output needs to be
    voltage
    voltage
    voltage
    (with voltage increasing)

I'm trying to get cell tracing to work. In XDF head editor under DA Assoc. I clicked browse to associate with the ADX I am using but does not show it as an option even if I click 'all files'. So I went the normal route to see if it was still there, I went to START, DOCUMENTS and my ADX is there. Why is this happening?
