Based on the information available to me, BJDR is a 1994 definition $OE (4L80E) PCM 16196395.
Superseded to BLHH / PCM 16197427 then superseded to BYXN / PCM 16197427

It also came in this 16168625 PCM and runs everything just fine :) I would say that I have the 16168625 PCU with factory 4L80E bin file.

Do you still have your 16168625? Do you want to try this bin in it and see if it will shift? Or maybe it's like they said, and mine is an early production '94 and they changed the transmission sometime partly through the year and the later ones require a different PCU. I'll see if I can find out when my van was made.

The force motor changed in 94, but despite what some say, I noticed no difference when swapping to the later 614hz model (the original early force motor is NLA) with either the 7427 or the 6395 PCM. Absolutely ZERO difference. However, I do not like the BJDR bin as a starter. It didn't seem to act right so I went to the BHDH as my basis and all was well. Additionally, there are some P chassis and other big truck bins floating around out there and the ones I have tried all seem to suck. The parameters that are different are not defined, but they sure make the truck act odd.

Not sure where else to upload this, but I came across a 16197427 / BLHH ECM out of a K2500 Suburban. I couldn't find a .bin for BLHH anywhere, so I will provide it here.

I just found in my VE table for Open Throttle, the value for 4400 RPM @ 20 is about half of the neighboring cells. Is this most likely just a data transferring error? Or would there be some obscure reason for this?

Ok, I downloaded the BJDR bin and compared it to mine, and they are the same. What is up with this? How often do you see discrepancies like this in factory bins?
