OBD1 learning to tune

Hi,
Thank you for accepting my membership request.
I cam here to hopefully learn and get advice tuning on
OBD1 - 1989 C4 with a fresh rebuilt original L98.
I have the moates: burner II, the ALDL cable, an Ostrich II, the G1 adaptor and a fresh chip.
I'm hung up on finding and understanding these files required to use the TunerPro RT.

The TPI will use different TurnerPro RT files than seen in the YouTube video, the basics are the same.
