    addition to $EE thread

could some moderator please add this to the EE thread,

it's a more complete and better index/titled collection of EE factory bins, all renamed by part number, and includes an excel spreadsheet and pdf index so you can tell what the part numbers actually are, and what the most current bin revisions are.

i made it for my fbodytech.com site, but repacked it for here.

oh and i have released a new version of my xdf, there's not a lot "new" in there, but a few bug fixes that were mentioned to me, and i added the calibration part number to the xdf so you can check your existing CALs (or change the calibration id to keep track of your own stuff)

if ya just click the link in the $EE thread it'll fetch the new version for you

that's good but can you add this cause its not clear what it contains

"contains most current factory bin files for all vehicle types by part number, and an index spreadsheet to identify them."

    Thanks!

Now just need a few more stock bins to complete the collection, but that should be a good enough package for any ee tuner to play with

Steve, I am setting up TunerPro to use the Preferences/Defualt XDFs function. I am wondering what "ID Byte Offset" is for the $EE XDF.
    Thanks.

hm i had the location of the byte 0xEE written down at some point.. i'll see if i can find it.

you could probably get by with another unique byte, for example byte 0x43 will always exist at 0x2005 in an EE bin as part of the DE CORP copyright

that's probably unique enough unless you're putting near every xdf in existance in there; then you may run into collisions.

this doesn't deal with EEB since i think the copyright is in the same spot; but i dont think a good EEB xdf exists anyway, and that mask is pretty rare

That worked. My rig runs the $0D mask, but I like to check other bins, especially spark tables.
Thanks for all your work, the comments in the $EE XDF are especially appreciated, very helpful to the learning curve.
