Site maintenance is nearly a full time job, especially the time involved combating spam. The administrator and moderators have full time jobs outside of gearhead-efi. Gearhead-efi is non-profit, please notice the ABSENCE of advertisements and distracting links!

And I am greatly appreciative of the fantastic effort that goes into this site.

My reason for posting is two fold. To start a discussion here with the senior members regarding my use of BIN files and at the same time linking the repo; and to hopefully find members who may be interested in helping curate the repository to make it more usable.

edit, after reading my original post I need to clarify. I am not asking that Gearhead do the work, I am only asking permission to use Gearhead files and to encourage participation. I need nothing from Gearhead other then approval.
