I'm wondering if you changed the Base Pulse Width (BPW) Constant to correct for the new GM 488 (8.0 Liter) engine displacement? That attached .zip file has a BPW calculator for Throttle Body Fuel Injection (TBI).
If the fuel injection system is still the ORIGINAL TBI system the BPW needs to be updated (reprogrammed into the chip) for the new larger 8.0 Liter engine displacement.
To use the BPW calculator, you need to know the displacement and injector flow. We know the displacement of the new engine, 8.0 liters. Here is a link to find the information on injector flow: http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...d-part-numbers
