    cool! thanks for the clarification.

i'll probably add lamp control testing in this version, but in the next version i'll use them for something really interesting, flashing the CEL when knock is logged would be a cool idea? (we could hard patch a modification like that too)

im not sure if tcc lockup will be in the next version or not, but it's probably really handy to be able to disable it during logging runs.

do you know if the skip shift lamp is wired to anything in automatic transmission harnesses?

There are some empty strings verified If you want to use them for other purposes.
a maf/speed density switch is honestly the only thing missing from mode4 that i'd find useful

I can try to make a patch for that, if you are intersted implementing it.

Finally I managed to find the soft switch for fuel pump. All by chance of course.
It is located at eside word_180c. It is a pwm channel but only on off positions are used. No mode 4 control for that though.

awesome! that'll be very useful in the future. I bet your disassembly is looking great with all these addresses labelled properly.

Steve I'm going to try this out on a '94 Roadmaster wagon tomorrow. I'm looking forward to trying it out; the last time I touched a tune was way too long ago!

    Guys,

    1. I watched a GM tech use the Tech2 to force line pressure to commanded values after a new 4L60E was installed to verify that line pressure was what it should be. Is there any way to add this functionality into eehack?

    2. Is there documentation of autospark somewhere that I can read?

yes, but you'll have to be patient, i just added the first automatic transmission functions last week

no, but it should be completely self explanatory, also the 'documentation' for eehack is all in tooltips (hover your mouse over an option to get help)

if you have any questions about how it works, let me know
