According to the title of your tune, you are boosted. Your tune is set up for a 1bar MAP sensor and has no boost enrichment. You should be running COS3 and a 2 bar MAP sensor and giving it some more fuel and backing off of the timing a bit above 105 KPA.
You need to get this sorted out before you pop the engine. You are probably very very lean.

how can i set it up for the boost enrichment
Open up your tune in EFILive then go to the top and open the Help tab. Then go to Turorials on open the Custom OS upgrade tutorial LS1. Read and follow that PDF. You will also need a 2 Bar MAP sensor and set table C6301 to 190. Make sure you have enough injector to fuel that setup.

i maybe in over my head that looks complicated
Print the COS Tutorial ... read it several times ... and make some notes about the necessary steps. It is actually very straight forward.
Do you have a 2 bar (or 3 bar) MAP sensor fitted ? The stock 5.3L 1 bar MAP is useless under boost conditions.
If you are using EFILive for this project, you may want to consider posting on their Forum to get support with respect to the COS upgrade.
yea it still has the 1 bar going to order the 2 bar today and try to get this figured out i have the same set up on my silverado ss it works fine on it guess just got lucky with it but this one flattens out around 4500
You really need the Custom Operating System and 2-3 bar MAP to tune it properly... as stated already.
You may just be lucky it worked on the other setup? Maybe it's melting slowly? It's not tuned correctly though.
This new one may be just running out of fuel? For what ever reason it does not matter, you should stop!

ordering 52 pound injectors and a map sensor now just ran off the instructions for the custom os might need alittle help setting it up but im going to give it a shot
Make sure you get injector data that can be understood and entered into the calibration.

it says they come with a flow sheet my truck has 52s in it i hope i can copy its tune to get me started if its not locked
The tune you posted here is a 2004 truck calibration in a 1mb PCM. Does your truck have a 2004 COS?

no i dont think so i know it has a stock map sensor
how do i get into the custom os
Here is your tune converted to "04073003". Which is a 2004 COS3. It is set up as a 5.3, M/T, DBW---STARTER TUNE. I set the MAP scaler to 190 for a 2bar MAP sensor. If you use a different MAP Sensor you will need to scale table C6301 accordingly. I scaled up table A0009 by 35%----Just as a starting point. You will need to input your injector data into the tune when you get your new injectors. You will need to "Full Flash" this calibration into your PCM when you are ready. You will need a good Wide Band O2 Sensor to input into your tuning logs. You should be spending a LOT of time on the EFILive forum in the Gen3 and Forced Induction Sections as well as studying the tutorials.
