The TeamViewer download http://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.a...Fc6TfgodLRwA2g made it possible! Being able to share control of your laptop is an excellent way to get things working!

Thanks Dave for the link. Most of my computer customers are 120 miles away, and I can't always drive to their house. This will help. I have used other software, but the trial ran out.

I've used Mikogo in the past http://www.mikogo.com/product/what-is-mikogo/ This was my first experience with TeamViewer.
