updated XDF, couple of small AE related changes:
F104 is actually against coolant temp, not startup coolant temp
added this desctiption to other two related tables;
used during air/fuel timeout fueling modification
Scaling Factor for AE Pulse Width Calc (KAEOPT)
used for global changes to AE pulsewidth
KAEOPT is what is used to determine the base PW for AE by taking the required fuel calculation(for normal injector pulses) and is multiplied by the scaling factor to create the base AE pulsewidth. bigger numbers = bigger AE pulses overall.
