Nope, still TBI, but more so, it's for a completely different family of ECMs, that don't use MEMCALs, but a PROM in a carrier.Originally Posted by streetrod56

I now have a ECC with this number on it 7-7730 and this number on the harnes plug 07773000122160024 and they do plug togeather and the car runs, but is very lean. I have an air fuel ratio gauge in the car and it reads in the 15 range most of the time. Also motor pings.
