    As long as the client doesn't have a wideband hooked up I suppose you could alway try to claim it was tuned. It might run like Cr#p, but the BLM's are perfect. WOW what a scam.

    I just realized something! There's no way a tech could fix a vehicle with a chip like this. Scanner data would be perfect.

    Even if a tuner had it, it would drive them nuts until read the chip and compared the data, could take hours, or a whole day!

    That's a really dirty trick!
