Moving the O2 sensor from factory position to long tube is a long move and INT delay also needs to be extended.
But if your tune is on then a non heated O2 will work fine in long tubes. Just go OL when it cools off, if tune is close not big deal?

Update: I put a fuel pressure gauge on it, and it reads 15psi. I've looked on several forums and most say 14-15 is good for my cam. Also bought a new Map sensor & ignition module. I drove it up the road and it seems no different than before. Also pulled plug #1 after I changed them on Sunday and the top ring of the plug is black. Too rich at idle? Histogram shows its rich all the way up to 2300 rpm from the logs I posted. No vacuum leaks anywhere that I can find, and base timing is set a 0*. Still sounds like the chip is at fault cause all these symptoms go away with stock chip, just not near the power the tbichips one has. Bout ready for a carburetor!

Lol, if you weren't 400+ miles away I'd leave tonight! I think chip #5 is on the way, I don't know for sure cause he's not replying to emails now? If things don't change for the better soon guess ill have to try to get my money back and get Dave to fix it. I appreciate all you guys have done to help me out, praying I get to enjoy driving this thing soon. Thanks again!

I'm not sure. I never pulled the plugs after the cam swap on stock chip. Think the 15 is too much?
Ok I'll see what the stock spring by itself does.
Daves idea is sound and will show if your custom chip is even close. But don't do any WOT high RPM runs with pressure lowered to 12 PSI! That cam does need 14.5ish PSI to handle the WOT high RPM, if 12 it will run lean up there! Just drive normal or not high RPM, I don't want to see you hurt something because it may run better with lower pressure.
Problem with a cam change is so much more fuel is needed at WOT high RPM (HP takes fuel, more HP = more fuel), so increased pressure works! But fuel VE table has to be lowered at low RPM load areas because of fuel pressure increase as well as cam dynamics, actually the entire VE table needs to be recalibrated.
You got an extra custom chip? Mail it to me and we can figure out WTF? Something is wrong if stock chip runs better, not as much power as custom chip is not a surprise.

Then only chip I have right now is #4 and its in the truck. I have been sending him one back when he sends a new one. I hope to have #5 today when I get home and ill run it and see how it does. If its junk too, I may send you one of the two and let you see if anything stands out.
Like I said before it almost feels like you are flipping a switch at a certain point in acceleration and it comes alive! Almost feels like a 20 shot of nitrous or something to that effect?
When you ordered the chip did you specify what you fuel pressure was?

No it was stock at that time but I added a quarter under the spring after and he said leave it in there and log it, and that's what I did. Just bought the gauge yesterday, so I may tell him to see if it helps him any
Is that some kind of enrichment Mark?
