Ok i got the numbers of the injectors.
Double checked injectors and the numbers are different. 5235206 and 5235279.
Numbers are hard to read, don't see any color codes.
I have one 50lb and one 61lb.
I have a spare 61lb but I'll have to go get it and I'm running out of time today. Got to leave for work at 12:30pm. Work the afternoon shift.
This next week I'll be on vacation out of town. Will check back to this sight but won't have the truck.
Hmmm....all other resources say 55pph, dont even list 61's.
we've been there before. the 5235206 are 61pph. after my first mistake I made with injectors I always look up the flow rate in the bin for the vehicle I take the injectors out of.

Yes that is correct for XDF. But in the ADX file it is set to 0 and has to be compensated for to read correctly.
Yours would need to be changed to X * 0.351563 + 8.100000X * 0.351563 + 0.000000
Change last number(offset) to initial advance of engine, for correct display.
I think I reversed it in other thread and said it was less but it is more, but with all the compensaters and you zeroed out some what is the timing really? That is my point!

OK. Changed it in the adx. I see what you mean. I appreciate you breaking it down like that. That was easy to follow.
Got the injectors changed. Both end in 206 now.
Was advised to bump up fuel pressure as the BPW at 6.? was too high.
20psi and tuning to bring everything closer.
Is it better to tune using BLM's or the wbo2 because sometimes they are not even close.
Can't post the last log as the file is to large. Maybe I can get a shorter one tomorrow afternoon.
I tune mine via the WB in OL.

Well in $0D with 61pph injectors now at 20 PSI you would have to change "Injector Flow Rate (TBI lb/hr)" to 75.66. I don't think I would mess with BPW msec times on this yet? I could be corrected?
Of course WB OL will get you dialed in better, but can be done with BLMs.

61pph / 13 psi= 4.692 x 20psi = 93.84.
I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. But with almost 30% rise in pressure how did you get 75.66?
