Can I feed the speedo from the PCM directly or will I need a converter?
    You can feed it directly.

    Great info.

I assume the park/neutral can be fed off the switch on the column?

It absolutely can be. Use the P/N switch option in the tune and wire it like a 1998 Camaro. I would also use the non-computerized automatic setting.
