I just downloaded the PCM Logger, thank you. I've been messing with it, it's up and going. Thank you so much for the help. I'm sure I'll be back with more questions. lol

either tool should be accurate enough
I got it up and running, the PCM Logger. Only one that shows me my IAC counts out of the few I have. This is the one I'm looking for. I did find another live data and logger from OBDX Pro website free to download. PCM Logger seems to be the best I've found. Thank you.
awesome
have you explored your xdf and bin and found your main timing table
I did a couple of days ago. I've just been so busy trying to find a data log download that will work, the PCM Logger seems to do it. Now I can start learning all of this somehow. I am tired, my heads hurt. lol I looked for ADX files for a few days or so. I'm glad you told me that's for the earlier models. I've just been getting it all set up, now I can learn.
its a weird state of affairs
consider that we basically just use tunerpro on newer vehicles because its a good bin editor
everything else you do with 1996+ is outside tunerpro
universal patcher is another brilliant tool
I figure after learning how it all works, I don't think HP Tuners could be too different from. I've heard about Universal Patcher, I'm going to look it up also.
