What all needs to be tweaked to make an auto based tune work with a manual transmission? Currently have a 2000 LM7 running in my trail only Jeep. It is stock besides 80lbs injectors, CAI, and hugger headers, egr delete. I don't have the VSS hooked up as the transfer case has a cable speedo, 200 bucks to convert it so only looking to do that if there is a good reason to spend the money. The first issue I had was the abuse management stopping it from reving up past 1500-1600 RPM. I am wondering if there are any other recommend changes I should apply when running a manual on an auto based tune?
