    Give this a try. It should have your trans changes to it, Your new maf and latest VE table.
    I made a couple changes to your PE, max allowed throttle, and Torque Management, And I believe it has stock Lean Cruise patch .
    I made this from your last posted bin before you turned the MAF on, so it should preform simalar.
