this is a 'just for fun' project im thinking about, just for a challenge

i have a twin cylinder, twin carb, parallel air cooled bike. we're talking an old single cam 450cc engine that redlines at 14k rpm.

right now its a gravity fed vacuum slide carb system, with cdi ignition (so it does have a pulser coil for crank positional reference)

there are systems for small engines, but that's no fun!

i want to hack up some kind of gm fuel injection system to work with it.

probably something low pressure, a single (fairly small) injector and throttle body, open loop only, map based.

there's plenty of room where the airbox will be coming out to mount electronics.

i could keep the stock cdi ignition system, but i'd rather have ecm control over that too.

anyone have any ideas for a gm ecm that's been hacked sufficiently to be able to run a tiny twin cylinder engine like this?
