I've recently rebuilt my '93 Chevy 454 K3500, and I'm interested in the tuning resources here so I can fine-tune things. I'm not new to engine rebuilds, but I am new to ones with computers. Also new to forums, so ... should be fun.

What computer is in the 93 K3500?

I believe it is the 16147060 PCM

The 16147060 will have TAN color connectors. The 16147060 uses different definition files, $85 or $D8. The "$" is used to indicate Hexadecimal numbering system.

I do have the 16147060 and I'm looking for a starter BIN file setup for the mods I added?
What I have done to this 454 is..
Lunati 20110710 cam 211/219 @ 50%, LSA/ICL 112/106
Edelbrock heads 60499
Edelbrock 3764 TBI manifold Bored out 54mm as the TBI
Flat top sealed power pistons
Fuel pressure that I can adjust and right now I have it at 18psi
Headers and exhaust upgraded

TunerPro compare AWYN vs. Performance AWYN.bin:

Performance AWYN.bin has an EGR delete.

Wide Open Throttle Delay AWYN = 70 seconds.
Wide Open Throttle Delay Performance AWYN.bin = ZERO seconds. (Interesting, no need to wait 70 seconds for the back two barrels of a 4 barrel carburetor to open)

"Carburetor" Pump Shot has been modified by about +15% on the Performance AWYN.bin also.

Fuel Tables and Spark Table are the same AWYN vs. Performance AWYN.bin.

Is Performance AWYN.bin a performance chip . . . yes
Is Performance AWYN.bin a "Tuned Performance Chip" . . . No
