    1994 pcm c15 pin

The c15 pin is for the park neutral position signal. In a swap to an older vehicle, can this pin be used with a hidden toggle switch to use as theft deterrent?

You'll need to be more specific with PCM number.

I'm not very familiar with that PCM but I suspect that input is just used for IAC logic, maybe other stuff, the PCM doesn't interrupt the start circuit. In the factory wiring diagrams the start wiring is only interrupted by the theft relay.

Patching some of the free input is an easy task. It can cut fuel after the engine starts if the pin is at low or high state.

i don't see any real advantage to involving the ECM in a kill switch, why not just interrupt the fuel pump or starter relay

if you really need to make it hard to hotwire, get an old vats module and make your own resistor key that you can take with you
