    Hello,

    On the AMC distributer you only need to take off the low pressure advance and the flywheel advance.Of course you have to weld both shafts together.
    On the other side you may leave all that like it it is and disable spark advance in the bin file. A guy in the jeep forum drove the car like that. It is the easy way. If you disable all
    the spark advance in the distributor you need to write your own spark advance tables for this engine.I went the other way converting the dist on my 8 cyl 304 engine and i am still not completely satisfied with my spark advance.
