    Dave ,

Any idea if the SBC PBM blocks are still made in China ? The BBC blocks used to be World blocks and the SBC stuff was made in China, IIRC PBM now owns World but I really do not remember , things may have changed.......

Anyway , nice looking bullet , care to share any specs ?

    TOM
    Tom,
I do not have any specs on the engine. I've never seen or heard of PBM blocks until yesterday. I've been called in to help with the EFI wiring stuff only, Hillborn Fuel Injection. ( http://www.hilborninjection.com/prod...d=52&CatId=174 ) I think maybe the budget is somewhat limited because the engine owner has decided on the '0411 PCM instead of the Holley or FAST systems recommended by Hillborn ( http://www.hilborninjection.com/prod...=478&CatId=258 ) ( http://www.hilborninjection.com/prod...=425&CatId=233 ).

i'd like to think that the 0411 has the potential for better drivability. then again, with individual runners..... i don't know.

i imagine at least one of the OS that runs on the 0411 has been hacked to some extreme level that would happily run in alpha-n?

Make no mistake about it , with that pile of aluminum on that stand , it was NOT a budget build

I do not know a thing about the 0411 or the Holley or FAST for that matter , but I am a giddy as a school girl to see how you do with this Dave.

So she's home about 30 minutes and sits down to watch TV... "So you buy a new bigger TV while I'm in the hospital?"

Ha! It was your birthday present remember? She went back in hospital before her birthday and it arrived! She started crying and thanked me for remembering her birthday, then realized how long she has been gone!

Yeah great to hear that things are starting to look up. :)

I wish I had already sold my truck before Friday night I was offered a Haltech Platinum 1000 system for dirt. :( Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately one of the guys I hang with is getting it, for his Supra, so it's not far, but I REALLY wish I would have been able to scrape the dough together. :(

    Tom,
I'm in the dark on most all the details on this engine build. I'm building a custom wiring harness based on the 2002 Express Van 5.7 liter. I'm hoping for more business from this company.

They're all on different settings. ;)

The problem I was referring to was that I have so many DMMs, and I want a couple more, though I want to get a couple bench style, I have enough hand helds.
