New to tuning and engine swaping

I have a 4896 pcm P01 512k that came with a 1999 Chevy 1500 truck 5.3 4x4 running os 9379910. What os should I flash it to to delete vats? The engine is going in a 1999 chevy s10 zr2 4x4. I've tried os 12202088 which is made for the 4011 pcm some people say it should work on the 4896 pcm but it's not liking that os flash though. Any thoughts?
