    I got this
    0E488A1D-D30C-4CE9-8947-547F4D4A264A.jpg
Then I googled that thing like you said, I didn’t know how to use it but I tried anyway and got these results!!! See attached PDF I guess. Here’s a screenshot of my current bins voltage versus offset. see next post.

so I guess I multiply it by 1000 to get to usec in tunerpro? Is that right? But that would leave me with 905.2 in the 16.4 V box where it was 61.04 Would that be right? Seems quite far off is this ok? Anyway I still don’t have the injectors but I wanted to get this going for when I get them in the mail sorry sherlock9c1 I’d made the offer on them beforehand. Anyway I do want to learn how to tune for new injectors.

What data do you have for the injectors?
There are 1000 usec in 1 msec.

See the little pic below "I got this" in post 16 above,
    0E488A1D-D30C-4CE9-8947-547F4D4A264A.jpg
you would have to click on pic. Beside what I posted in post#14, I have
    · Turn on time @ 14VDC: 1.14ms

Then from the Cubic spline interpolation tool I ran those numbers through and made a pdf of the page and posted it in post #16 above. That is all the information I have.

OK, didn't see that on the Ipad.
Right, so you've used the online tool to calculate the missing points
    16V == 1.000ms (milli seconds) which = 1000us (micro seconds

    I'm guessing 440cc is 42# injector (I'm using FIC_445H which are 42# at 43.5psi (3bar))

If you have 14VDC - 1.14ms that would be 1140us.
The PCM only has discreet steps of about 31us so that should store as 1129

    for comparison, Mine are
    11.6V 1007
    12,8 854
    14.0 732
    16.4 and up are 580
Times get longer to open the injector as the voltage gets smaller.

Ok, Right now I can get it to idle with the throttle cracked .8% and 10 to 12° of advance. Do I put that 10° advance into the closed TPS spark advance vs RPM or The main spark advance VS RPM VS map? Can I split it between the two 5 and 5? I kinda want to split it between the two.

I believe I’ve seen people describe doing it both ways
In this article he says do it in the closed TPS spark advance table

    http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...-lt1-M6-tuning

And in this one he says to do it in the VE and spark tables which I think is my main spark advance vs. RPM vs. Map

I found and bought some stock LT-1 injectors so I could simplify the tuning, get it running. so many other issues have been cropping up. I'll include a log to show some of the codes and possible problems. Its had the shift solenoid B consistently, and the grounded est I thought was caused by me overriding the timing in eehack. But then I have been getting Hi- res and Low-res errors too. Means a bad opti too? Then I got the prom/flash error wile logging this, I haven't even looked into that yet...
Here is the codes I got.

    ERR81(SHIFT B SOLENOID FAULT)
    ERR16(LO-RES FAILURE)
    ERR42(EST GROUNDED)
    ERR36(HI-RES FAILURE)
    ERR51(PROM/FLASH ERROR)

Here is the log, I think the car and I have just gotten too old for this..

After looking at the IAC the plunger was mostly out after shutting it off and it should have been 160 steps mostly in, I ordered a new one. Also I reflashed with flashhack this time with some timing adjustments. (last time I used winflash newb mistake) So far I haven't seen the opti or flash codes again. I have solenoids and IAC coming.

A working IAC does wonders, it is running fine. I am still getting the hi res code, and it is drinking gas like the world ends tomorrow and it is bound and determined to use it all before then. But it is running, got the shift solenoids in then the brake master cylinder went out thou, so not driving it till that is fixed.
