    2005 Avalanche Bin Question

Hello. I am a new user and have a 2005 Avalanche that I recently started to flash. I am using a 2004 Silverado Bin and the 603 OS with TunerPro. I have been able to flash and make changes as needed (fan temps, DTC's, etc) but am not able to get the fuel gauge to work correctly. It appears to be operating in reverse (shows empty when full and full when empty). I have inverted the fuel gauge calibration tables and cannot get any other response other than the opposite it is doing now. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!

Possibly a bad gauge servo and not a software issue.
Ran into this after repairing a dash on a '03 AV.
Replaced the servo and all was well.

I believe the issue is the fuel sending unit in the tank. Apparently the units reversed for 2005. Anyone have a 2004 Avalanche flex fuel bin they can share? I believe the fuel level tables are reversed in that bin based on the research I have done on fuel pump/sending unit applications. Thanks in advance.

Correction - I believe I am needing a 2004 Suburban bin file. Looks like this is a difference in sending units between flex fuel and non-flex. Thoughts?

I do not know how to attach a file here in the forum yet. Maybe I can PM it to you. I have the factory .bin for my 2004 that has not been edited.
    it is a 7603 OS.

Sorry, my stock .bin was for a Non-Flex.

There is a 2004 Flex Fuel Tahoe .bin here for a 12587603 OS:

If this does not work there are several others listed in the Snoman002 Repository. There are others listed in the following thread.

Hello. I am back on this project and finding that the 2004 bin I am using is not working well with my 2005 618 operating system. Apparently the fuel sender, alternator output regulation, etc are different. I am needing a 2005 618 os bin file for my avalanche with just a few minor tweaks. Anyone have any ideas on how I can edit when the xdf is incomplete? thanks in advance.
