    RamJet PCM options?

I've got the opportunity to pickup a reasonably priced MPI RamJet intake manifold, dizzy, ECM and harness.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a PCM as far as replacing the Vortec TBI setup in my 94 G20 van?
Is changing to the RamJet intake worth the hassle?

    IMO it is worth it.

    Hi Guys,
Thanks for the replies, I'll look into buying it and put it away as a future upgrade project for the van.

    My RamJet setup arrived today!
It needs a bit of a cleanup but it's a good start.

There seems to be some sort of air temp sensor bolted onto the manifold just under the throttle body, I can say I've ever seen it in any other photos of RamJet manifolds.
Does anyone know if that's where it's supposed to go, I've read there's supposed to be an IAT sensor that you install in the intake ducting/air filter arrangement?
Does anyone have a copy of the full RamJet 350 installation instructions?

That could either be a mefi 3 or mefi4a computer, what are the numbers on the back? you might have to peel the ac-delco sticker up to see the delphi number. The IAT doesn't usually go there, they are just reading underhood temp for IAT. It seems like the last one I worked on had the IAT screwed into the rear of the manifold, but it's been a few years.

It looks like it's a mefi4a based on the 88962717 part number and the 88961967 part number for the harness.

I was wondering if that sensor was the IAT but though that it wasn't a very useful place for it if it was.

I read somewhere that there may have been one or two IAT's.
One IAT in the manifold or one for the intake duct but I'm not sure, I would have though you just needed one.

You can verify if it is a mefi4a, the last three digits of the delphi part number underneath the ac-delco sticker will end in 479. The mefi4,a,b only uses one IAT. I couldn't find any copyright infringements in this document but if found, the attachment needs to be deleted. Hopefully this information will help you with your project. :)

    Hi Carl,

Thanks for the pdf, it's got a lot of good info.

I'm still considering my options but Holley's Terminator X Max setup is looking like a good way to run the EFI and control the trans.

About the only integration I think I'd need from the Holley setup is a signal to run my speedo and for the ABS in my van.

    Has anyone run this setup?
