Using VE master

Hey guys, I am using VE master with tuner pro, how do I insert it in the bin, or does it replace the whole bin. $D2 is the XDF for the car. The chip is 27SF512 when I try to burn it it says the buffer has to be divisable by 64. Not sure what to do any help would be appreciated.

VE master will not work with TunerPro

All it does is a spread sheet to the VE table which dave built for $EE here. I don't know if the VE tables are the same? May need the $8d spread sheet?
