    Data cable

I am trying to make a new data cable. All the references I have found include parts to dead links. I am trying to connect to a 1995 obd1 pcm with flashhack and eehack. Will this circuit board work and do I just need to connect the TX and rx terminals together and run that wire to the pcm along with a ground wire connected to that terminal?

If it would work what should the power jumper be set to, 3.3v or 5v?

That should work, and the ALDL is a 5V Logic Level.

I don't think that's what I'm looking for. I have no issue with buying an obd2 male connector and wiring up to that. I need the circuitry and advice on how to wire it. Thank you for the reply though.

    Nomakewan,
Thanks I'll give it a shot.

tx and rt must be connected to pin 9 of the 16-pin obd1 connector and the Black or GND Ground wire must go to pins 4 and 5 of the 16-pin obd1 connector

just pin 5 would do, you don't need both
