p1518 code

hello, i am working with a 1220411 pcm, removed vats, i installed in my 01 suburban to check the flash and it started and ran fine for 30 seconds then it went to reduced power and set codes p1518, p0107, p0452, removed from vehicle put back on bench harness to remove codes, codes wont clear. I am wondering if this pcm is drive by wire possibly? suburban is drive by cable
