Just did my first run with TunerproRT, and data is flowing, however there is no spark advance whatsoever. Just sits at 0 throughout RPM range. Any ideas?

What car, what ADX? Let's get the basics down before we start wondering if there's actually something wrong. Could be as simple as an outdated or slightly incorrect ADX definition.
