Here is a pic of the settings I have for my AEM. Once you get your gauge setup you need to connect the white output wire on the gauge to your black and red AC pressure wire or terminal D27 on your PCM. I have mine setup to pin D27. So if I remember correctly I ran a wire from the white gauge wire to the D27 terminal. I think I had to pull the D27 pin out of the PCM harness and replace it with the new wire. You can get new pins from https://www.eficonnection.com/

@steveo I noticed EEHack seems to read about 0.5 higher than what the gauge says. Should these reading be simultaneous between the gauge and EEhack or do you think there would be a delay? Also, if I wanted to try to correct this, would I adjust the trim setting?

yep, that's pretty much what the trim setting is for.

one thing that you should realize is that the analog inputs on this thing aren't very linear, so you'll find that it's accurate in one area and not another. it's a bit of a pain. you'll never get it perfect, but should be close enough to get a great tune with.

ok my setting is same as Casey96SS 0V=10.0 4.99V=19.980 and difference between EEhack and Gauge is around 1 of a value so when gauge let say is showing 13,3 EEhack reads 14,3 when i lowered 4.99V to around 19.250 then it mached but i don't know if gauge or EEhack reads incorrectly, sensor is new

    best regards

Usually there is a little "slurp" at the start and tail of the aftermarket wideband kits. Use the values from .5v to 4.5v and set your data acquisition accordingly.
