what do i adjust to make it to where i dont need to use the gas peddle to get the car to start. also the iac is new but just doesnt seem to adjust fast enough. what adjustments can be made to fix this. i have supplied the latest bin.

Are you working with a stock L98 or is it modified? If so to what extent? The file you posted is rather modified and could be your issue.
