As the title says I am getting ready to tune my engine for 73% ethanol. I have searched and all I can come up with is people tuning odb2. Has anyone experimented with flex fuel? trying to get a feel for what I need to get started. I have already upgraded the injectors to 60# (MPFI), re-calibrated my WBo2 for E85, installed plastic fuel lines, installed an aeromotive 340lph pump and adjustable FPR. I am only running a open loop tune. I buying my e85 in batches of 50-60 gal at a time so for now consistency is not an issue from tank to tank. For any of you who have worked with E85ish fuel what changes have you made? should I set the AFR in the "Open Loop AFR vs. Temperature vs. Vacuum" table to something more inline with ethanol? any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
