differences in xdf file

Hello can somebody tell me what the differencies are between "advanced $0D TP5v250.xdf" and "advanced $0D TP5v251.xdf" .
I had a look to my bin with both xdf`s and the 251 had rpm up to 1600 in spark advance table open throttle and up to 6000 in closed throttle while in the 250.xdf the rpm range was as expected.
What other differencies are there?

Can you tell what exactly you changed?
