    94 - 95 LT1 Knock Sensors

    According to LT1 Swap http://lt1swap.com/lt1_bcc.htm the 94 - 95 F-Body uses ONE knock Sensor and 94 - 95 B-Body uses TWO knock sensors.

My question is: Will a 94 - 95 Camaro Flash correctly work with TWO knock sensor ... IF the the LT1 computer has the B-Body 16188309 Knock Sensor Module and TWO B-Body knock sensors installed and wired?

the calibration will most likely only use 1 knock sensor. perhaps there is an option to enable it? i find it funny that the fbody had less drivability stuff vs the bbody. ex: fbody used a park/neutral switch only (much like tbi/tpi) where as the bbody had a range switch that would tell the pcm what gear it was in.

Yes it will, BUT you have to adjust the diagnostic voltage threshold like in B-body bin. I'll give you details in a moment.

EDIT: value "20B8 vs knock sensor voltage 2" in EEXTRA xdf should be 0.508 for two knock sensors and 0.933 for one knock sensor.

Oh wow I didn’t know the PCM actually had something in the code that affected operation of the knock sensor circuit. I thought all of that was self-contained in the knock module. That’s awesome information!

You wouldn’t happen to know how the knock module itself functions internally, would you? Or say, pinouts?
