    BJLJ $0D 16197427/16196395 bin file

I saw this bin is not available anywhere on the internet for some reason. It was a better starting bin for me as it is for a GT5 (4.10) rear end which really helped with tuning the 4l60e shift points for my 4.56 rear end and 33's and thought I'd share the file for others. The fueling and timing are identical to the BJLF and BJLH bins but the shift points are a bit different.

    Thanks for the .bin
Amazingly enough I still do 4-5 "chips" a year and it's always nice to add odd stuff to the collection.

Might I suggest using software like Blucats to remap the transmission instead. Never was a fan of the TBI (or even Vortec) shift points at part-throttle.

You also need to add DIP switches to the VSSB/DRAC module to adjust the ratio.

I used blucats with a large learning curve, but I got it dialed in. This was just a better starting bin for higher gearing for a transmission tuning newbie to see the difference between say (BJLF 3.42) and (BJLJ 4.10) to see basically what changes and how to improve. I also did install dip switches in the VSSB and also tuned timing/fueling and even added the electric fan code. I will say the 16197427 ECM is much nicer than the 1227747 in terms of idling vs off idle and the shift points on the 4l60e are much better at being tuned than with the 700r4 governor weights, springs and TV cable adjustments. I should have went with the 4l60e/7427 combo to begin with... My gas mileage even bumped up about 1.5mpg and I have better throttle response, but I did put in a different cam (Lunati Voodoo 10120700) so hard to tell what actually did it.

PCM and electronic trans most likely provided a solid chunk of that gain. Did for me atleast.
