I have a LM7 swapped 97 S10. The pcm (blue/green) was bench tuned by LSX Power Tuning to get things to work properly with the DBW, A/C, and fans. Also a pretty nice performance calibration was done at the same time. He used HP Tuners to do it. Now the tune is pretty close, but there are some adjustments i would like to make to the spark advance and possibly fueling to eliminate a WOT pinging at 4K+ RPM. My question is: Can I read a .bin using PCM Hammer of my current setup, make my changes as desired, and then write that to another PCM (so as to preserve the one I have in case of problems)? Or am I just stuck waiting until I free up the cash to buy HP Tuners?
