I'm new to this side of the mechanics world

I've wrenched my whole life and I went into the military went towards working on construction equipment. So I got left behind in the computer world. I got several projects that I'm working on but the main 1 is my 03 Chevy trailblazer with 5.3 swap including trans/tranfercas and pcm with harness from a 00 yukon. I also put Dodge 1 ton running gear under it and got 37's to roll on. But I'm having a hell of a time getting it to run. I'm still reading all the forums and getting a good idea which direction to head in. This place has more info in it than the u.s. army 3rd shop.

Many gearhead-efi members are active duty military and military veterans like myself, its a great group to share information with.

What PCM tuning or PCM flash system are you using with the 03 Trailblazer?

There are several gearhead-efi members that can help you with stock flash files and / or flashing the 03 Tahoe PCM for you. Sometimes gearhead-efi members will flash a PCM for another member, only asking the price of return shipping.

I'm very fortunate to have free access to AllData online at my local public library so I can download to a USB drive wire harness information and schematics. Maybe AllData online is available at your local public library?
