I have used it to figure out what some memcals came from. Also has a list of the prom updates each year.

Yes I have one. It has been very helpful but using the BCC Find is much easier. Also if you pay the $20 for Cal Data it's easier. But the SnapOn book is more accurate with the recalls and superceeded prom ID BCC codes. Would like to have the newest version on CD or software that came with it!
