Well new fuel pump is in.My pressure now reads 12-13 psi(same gauge),the backfiring and hesitation are greatly reduced.I will get some data logging this afternoon to see where it at.I do have 1 question though does a stock TBI fuel system have a check valve in to stop bleed down?As soon as i turn the key off the fuel pressure drops to 0 in a few seconds.i still have the long crank times and i think i need to check the pump prime signal again it's possibly only working part of the time.
My starting issue is fixed! Turns out i should always double check the basics,the fuel pump relay was the culprit working intermittently.I also removed the 17084327 injectors and installed the 5206 ones and my blm is good now.
