I am in need of somebody to burn me a good chip for my tbi (not tbi chips)

Ive been trying to deal with tbi chips and well I need somebody that knows a little more. My engine isn't no big cam or anything but he can't seem to get it right. Ive tried to chat with him on the timing and I guess he knows more than me. Any way I was checking my timing and unplugged its at 0 but plugged in at idle its at 20 I think it should be around 12 and at total timing its at 36 or so and with the vortec heads I have I don't hear of anyone running over 32? when I put the hammer down I get like 140 spark knocks. Who can help me get my offload truck dialed in. I would also like to be able to talk to this person on the phone. (Im not real computer smart, but with guidance I can get r done) Hopefully somebody can burn me one for a good price. Thanks

there is my 89 Blazer engine specs
stock shortblock with a comp cam 12-231-2
97 vortec heads and a low rise intake W/spreadboar adapter
spr tbi 46mm w/65lb injectors and 16lbs of fuel pressure
egr delete
open element air filter
3" single exhaust thru the manifolds
180 thermostat
no cats
700r4 with shift kit 36" tall tires and 4.88 gears
